Chopra, who was introduced by cousin Priyanka Chopra to the Public Relations department of Yash Raj Films was not at all fond of actors and the acting profession once upon a time. Then slowly through time her perception about the industry changed. She always wanted to become an investment banker during her time in marketing at Yash Raj Films, considering it a more secure and safe job.
“I have a backup plan and I think everyone should have one. The day when my films turn out to be flop, I will go back to banking. To run my house, banking is the safe option for me,” said Chopra according to The Indian Express.
As of now only four films old, with just three as the lead heroine, Chopra has already won multiple accolades for her roles in the films.
“There are very few people who are lucky and don’t struggle much to get into films. If one has interest (in acting) then one must try, but should also have a backup plan because film industry is very unpredictable,” said the young actress in the interview.
Chopra’s upcoming films are Daawat-e-Ishq and Kill Dil where she stars opposite Aditya Roy Kapoor and Ranveer Singh, respectively. Chopra will also be seen in the TV series India’s Best Cinestars Ki Khoj, where she will be mentoring young Bollywood aspirants along with actor Ayushmann Khurrana.
About her role as a mentor, she said, “I cannot teach them, as I am not trained enough. I will share my experiences, which I think will help them.” She also spoke about her mentor in Bollywood.
“Manish has been my mentor. He is the one who spotted me and he is the reason I am an actress and then Aditya Chopra. Manish and Adi are two people, who I ask for suggestions and opinions.”

But the Aashiqui 2 heroine has given a very tough fight to the Sun raha hai na tu singer before losing the battle

Shraddha Kapoor has given a tough competition to Ankit Tiwari in the battle of ‘who sings the Galliyan song from Ek Villain better‘. But unfortunately, she could not beat the singer cum music composer. As music connoisseurs you all have voted Ankit Tiwari the winner of the poll, but, trust us, Shraddha Kapoor was not far behind. Yes you heard it right!
Shraddha got 48 percent of the votes while Ankit just inched ahead with 52 percent votes. We must say we have hardly seen such close fights among two singers. We applaud Shraddha a lot for her singing, as she is not a trained singer like Ankit. To come so close to winning the poll means that she has struck the right chords with the audience and therefore, as fans, we all have loved her croon to Galliyan unplugged.
No doubt Ankit is the better singer and we have loved him from the very moment we heard his first song. But we would also want to hear more of Shraddha Kapoor. We hope she doesn’t stop singing after Galliyan and continues to lend her voice to more tracks from not just her films but other actor’s films as well. Hai na peeps?

Katrina Kaif and  Deepika Padukone Hug

What happens when two hot leading ladies from Bollywood happen to share the same breathing space? The surroundings turn icy cold. While this may not be scientifically proven yet, the probability seems pretty high.

There's no other way to explain the brief, cold hug Katrina Kaif and Deepika Padukone shared back in 2013 while gearing up for the opening ceremony of IPL that year.

Here's the not-so-warm hug we're talking about.

How they managed to share the same stage later for the ceremony is something to think about.
There were rumours, too, of the two having been flown in separately by Shah Rukh Khan considering the delicate matter of their alleged rivalry.

Bollywood actors love posing for the cameras... well who doesn't. Though the cast and crew of Zoya Akhtar's Dil Dhadakne Do is enjoying every bit of the shoot by clicking their selfies and group pictures something happened that miffed Priyanka Chopra.

PC was angered by fans when they took pictures of her without her permission.
She makes her annoyance evident and public by posting, "It's so rude when in a public place while u r sleeping or eating someone shadily takes ur pic.. Just ask man..." on Twitter.

Hopefully, her fans will get the message and instead ask for permission next time.
